Haining Jiete Fiberglass Fabric Co., Ltd. is a private limited liability company specialized in manufacture, distribution. We mainly use single strands, G75, G150 G37 (B150, BC150, E225, E110, D450, D900, woven glass fiber) strands, plain weave, twilled and satin weave fabric, as well as grid cloth, with maximum width of 4.4 meters, 0.05mm ~ 1.2mm thickness. The heavy gram fabric is from 24 grams/square meter ~ 2000 grams/square meter. We use 4.6 meter automatic warping machines(CARL MAYER), 3.4 meter air-jet looms and 4.6 meter wide high-grade rapier looms(DORNIER), suitable for PTFE, PVA, PU and silica gel coating. Our main products are membrane material base cloth, PTFE base cloth, PVA base cloth, PU base cloth, silica gel base cloth and conveyer belt base cloth. They are used for curtain, structure membrane materials, conveyer belt, projection screen, advertising cloth, light box cloth, blind fabric, high-temperature filter cloth, PVC and PTFE flexible smallpox, high insulation products, insulation materials, glass fiber and other base cloth. We can produce various specifications suitable for all kinds of coating.

Packaging & Delivery

Packaging Detail:	Product is manufacture in form of a roll wrap on a paper tube then after packed in a plastic bag and placed with in a cardboard carton. Rolls can be loaded in a container directly or on pallets.

Fiberglass cloth is an engineering material, whichhas the excellent merit such as anti-burns, anti-corrosion, stable-size,heat-isolation, minimum elongated shrinkage, high intensity; this new materialproduct has already covered many domains such as electric appliance,electronic, transportation, chemical engineering, architectural engineering,heat insulation, sound absorption, fire prevention and environmentalprotection, etc...

Fabricorganizational structure

1.Plain weave:

It can be usedin electricity insulation materials and reinforced materials in industry,because of inseparable structure, plain and clear lines. Such as 7628.

2. Twillweave:

Compared withplain weave, it is of high density, high intensity, with a soft and loosestructural weave. It can be used in ordinary reinforced materials, filtermaterials, and painting cloth, such as 3732.

3. Satinweave:

Compared withplain weave and twill weave, it is of high density, high intensity, with a softand loose structural weave with a good texture. It is applicable for use as ahigher reinforced material in machinery, such as 3784, 3788.
